Do I pay online when placing an order?
No. This is a custom order platform — not instant checkout. You submit your order with photos and details. Our team reviews it, then shares payment instructions via Instagram.
Why do you take advance payment?
Every statue is 100% custom-made from your photos — crafted uniquely for you. Because it is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for your order, it cannot be resold or offered to anyone else. Advance payment allows us to reserve materials, studio time, and begin production with full commitment to your custom order.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 10 original HD images, max 25MB each. We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. Images are never compressed.
How long does production take?
Typically 10–21 business days depending on size, complexity, and current queue. Your order page shows estimated processing once accepted.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After placing an order you receive a secure Order Link with a unique ID (e.g. 3DS-000001) and private token. Only you can access it.
What sizes do you offer?
8", 12", 16", 24", 36", 48", and 56" for Single, Couple, Family, Pet, and Bust.
How do I contact you after ordering?
Use the Continue on Instagram button on the success page. Your order message (Order ID and secure link) is copied automatically — paste it in the DM and send.
